My journey on finding a good exchange program

Exchange program's

As not a lot of people might know that next year I'm leaving to live a year abroad , I decided to make a blog post about my journey on finding a good exchange program.
It's very logical that not a lot of people know that I'm leaving. Because I only told my closest friends (four people) and my family. But my parent aren't so up to the "keep quiet " thing. Turns out a lot of family friends know.

But let me tell you about the different exchange program's that I looked in to .

  • WEP
  • EF
  • ESL
  • AFS
  • Rotary
  • YFU
One of the first program's that I looked in to was EF . This was about two years ago. When you order a free brochure they start calling you on a regular basis . At the beginning it was nice , they help you decide where to go and they are really nice and very easy to talk to . But after a while it started to annoy me . But that's just me.
I feel like EF is very trustworthy. You can choose out of 44 destinations out of 16 country's and 7 languages. The costs depend on the destination , the length of the program and the course you take.
Possible courses are :
  • EF intensive course
  • EF exam preparation
  • EF general course
  • EF basic course

Now , I'm not going to sum up everything about each program.
Just know that I'm leaving with the Rotary , and I will tell you about it in my next blog post.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone
